Food factory in Bulgaria’s Varna put up for sale

SOFIA (Bulgaria), October 19 (SeeNews) – A private enforcement agent has put up for sale a food factory in the Bulgarian city of Varna at a starting price of 5.4 million levs ($3.6 million/2.8 million euro).

Interested parties have until November 22 to submit their offers, a notice published on Thursday the website of the Bulgarian Chamber of Private Enforcement Agents showed.

The assets on offer, owed by local company Ani, cover an area of 16,744 square meters.

The auction aims to raise funds for the repayment of Ani’s credit obligations towards ProCredit Bank Bulgaria.

Varna is located on Bulgaria's northern Black Sea coast.
