June 10 (SeeNews) - The Croatian power exchange, CROPEX, said on Monday that eight of its members have expanded their trading to the intraday auction (IDA) market.
Thes eight members are Denmark-based energy trading company Danske Commodities A/S, Slovenian electricity trader Elektricni Financni Tim d.o.o., Danish electricity trader Energetick Aps, GEN-I Hrvatska d.o.o., the Croatian unit of Slovenian energy trader GEN-I, the Slovenian state-owned electricity producer Holding Slovenske Elektrarne (HSE) d.o.o., Croatian state-owned power utility Hrvatska Elektroprivreda (HEP)d.d., Slovenian energy group Interenergo, part of Austria's Kelag, and Dutch Vitol Gas and Power BV, CROPEX said in a press release.
The first intraday auction will be held at 3 pm local time on June 13. Intraday auctions are held at all borders of the European Single Intraday Coupling (SIDC) daily at 3 pm, 10 pm and 10 am.
CROPEX has 31 members of its day ahead market and 25 members of its intraday continuous market.
