Fifteen vie for 2 mln euro road repairs tender in southern Bulgaria

September 7 (SeeNews) - Fifteen candidates have submitted offers for repair works on 11 road sections in the region of Smolyan, at an estimated value of 4.04 million levs ($2.04 million/2.06 million euro), the Bulgarian road infrastructure agency said.

The project covers research and design works as well as the implementation of restoration and strengthening activities on the road sections in southern Bulgaria, the agency said in an emailed statement last week.

The tender is divided into three lots with indicative values of 2.38 million levs, 1.19 million levs and 475,000 levs, respectively. The amounts exclude value added tax.

The first lot attracted five bidders, including ISA 2000, BLG -2022, Parsec Group, Groma Hold and Infraingstroy EOOD.

The same companies filed offers for the second and the third lots of the tender, respectively.
