The estimated value of each of the two gas network projects is 33 million kuna ($5.7 million/4.4 million euro), excluding value added tax, the public notice indicated.
The hired contractors will perform construction, pipe-laying and welding works as well as supply polyethylene pipes.
The bidding deadline is November 7.
The projects should be completed in two years.
Zagreb-based EVN Croatia Plin (www.evn.hr), a wholly-owned unit of Austria's EVN AG, has been awarded concessions to plan, build and operate gas distribution networks in the Zadar, Split-Dalmatia and Sibenik-Knin administrative regions. As part of the concession arrangement, the company plans to invest 750 million kuna in the deployment of a total of 1,450 kilometres of gas mains.
