Euroins Romania cuts stake in Bulgaria's Etropal

SOFIA (Bulgaria), October 6 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian medical consumables producer Etropal [BUL:5EO] said on Friday that insurer Euroins Romania has decreased its stake in the company to 5.75% on September 28.

Also on September 28, information and communication firm Specialized Logistic Systems (SLS) [BUL:2SLA] has increased its stake in Etropal to 7.47%, equivalent to 287,500 shares, Etropal said in a bourse filing.

Etropal provided no further details.

Earlier on Friday, Bulgarian plastic products manufacturer Formoplast [BUL:4F8] said Euroins Romania has reduced its stake in the company to 2.13%, while SLS has increased its stake to 12.43%.

Etropal shares last traded on Thursday, when they closed 1.58% lower at 4.921 levs ($2.95/2.51 euro).
