October 17 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian power plant equipment maintenance and repair services company Atomenergoremont [BUL:68A] said on Monday that insurer Euroins Romania, part of Bulgarian diversified holding Eurohold [BUL:4EH], has acquired a 3.9% stake in the company, boosting its shareholdings to 7.43%.
The deal was registered with the central depository on October 10, Atomenergoremont said in a bourse filing.

Also on October 10, information and communication firm Sofia-based Specialized Logistic Systems cut its stake in Atomenergoremont by 5.1% to 1.10%, the filing reads.
Earlier in October, Atomenergoremont said that insurer Euroins Romania had sold a 6.2% stake in the company, lowering its ownership to 3.53%. Specialized Logistic Systems purchased a 6.2% stake in Atomenergoremont, the company also said at the time.
