"We plan to increase our business in Romania [...] if we continue to benefit from tax incentives and other state aid programmes," Endava's Chief Executive John Cotterell said in a statement.
Endava opened on Thursday its new headquarters in Bucharest with an area of over 2,400 sq m. It plans to expand its workforce in Bucharest to 260 by the middle of 2013.
In Romania, Endava also has operations in the northeastern city of Iasi and in the northwestern city of Cluj-Napoca.
The company also has offices in the U.K., the U.S., and Moldova.
