SOFIA (Bulgaria), September 13 (SeeNews) – Fuel retailer Eko Bulgaria has filed for regulatory approval to acquire an undisclosed number of filling stations from Bulgaria Leasing, the country's competition regulator said.
The two companies do not operate in the same sectors of the Bulgarian market, so the deal is not expected to affect competition, the Commission for Protection of Competition said in a statement on Tuesday.
Eko Bulgaria has 81 filling stations and 4 oil depots across Bulgaria, which operate under the EKO brand.
