The property comprises a 160-room hotel and 330 residential apartments, according to ECM Partners. The investment announced the deal's closure on Monday without disclosing financial details. Despite attempts to seek more information via email, ECM Partners had not responded to SeeNews by the time of publishing.

ECM Partners announced plans for a comprehensive rebranding and substantial capital expenditure for the Novi Vinodolski Resort. The initiative encompasses both the hotel and residential components.

According to Tripadvisor, the five-star property is currently listed for booking under the name Wyndham Grand Novi Vinodolski Resort. The hotel has been part of the Wyndham hotel chain since 2019, according to the Croatian website Poslovni Turizam.

The resort is located in Novi Vinodolski, a town on the northern Croatian Adriatic coast.
