The loan will be extended in one single tranche under the Western Balkans Green Economy Financing Facility (GEFF) III REpower Residential Programme, the EBRD said in a project description on Tuesday.
The loan aims to provide funding for investments in high-performance energy efficiency technologies and construction projects in privately owned residential buildings or public sector facilities.
