December 16 (SeeNews) - The London-listed DP Eurasia, which owns and operates a chain of franchised restaurants, said that its board is considering a dual listing of the company on the Borsa Istanbul or a subsidiary IPO of its Turkish business on the Istanbul stock exchange.

"The Board believes such an additional listing could generate further interest from new investors in the Company, build momentum and drive a re-rating in the shares as well as boost liquidity in the trading of the shares," the Netherlands-based DP Eurasia said in a statement on Tuesday.

The company also stressed that any new listing will be complementary to its current listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange which the Board views as its principal market.

DP Eurasia is the exclusive master franchisee of the Domino’s Pizza brand in Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan and Georgia.

DP Eurasia had 542 stores in Turkey at the end of June.
