CE Industries completed the acquisition of the entire capital of Beohemija from Serbian company Preston Holding on September 16, according to data from Serbia's business register.

The value of the deal was not disclosed

The entry of CE Industries will be an opportunity to introduce Beohemija to the global map of the detergent and household chemicals industry, the Czech ministry of foreign affairs said in a separate statement last week.

CE Industries is an industrial holding group comprising 15 companies with more than 2,000 employees. It has an annual turnover of about 200 million euro ($234.7 million).
