C&W expects no prime rent changes in Ljubljana

November 22 (SeeNews) - Prime rents in Ljubljana are not expected to change in the year ahead, given the limited supply of suitable space for luxury brands in Slovenia’s capital, a research publication issued by real estate consultancy Cushman&Wakefield (C&W) indicated.

C&W expects no prime rent changes in Ljubljana

Rent reviews in the country take place only when renewing lease contracts, and such space rarely becomes available on the open market, C&W said in its retail property rental performance publication on the twelve months to June 2012.

“In terms of occupier activity, Swarovski’s new store in Copova in June 2012 was the only notable opening,” C&W said.
