The deal marks Arcese's first location in Romania with CTP, following a successful partnership in Hungary, the real estate developer said in a press release last week.

The newly leased space in CTPark Bucharest West will be used to support Arcese's expansion in Romania and the company's growing client base, particularly in the automotive industry.

CTPark Bucharest West spans over 833,000 sq m of gross leasable area, built across 314 hectares.

Arcese was founded in Italy and is currently a logistics operator with more than 2,800 employees and 70 locations worldwide, according to its website.

CTP is a full-service commercial real estate developer which builds, manages and delivers custom-built, high-tech business parks throughout Central and Eastern Europe. The company owns warehouses with a total area of over 2.6 million sq m in multiple cities in Romania, its second largest market.
