CTP acquires six industrial parks in Romania

May 28 (SeeNews) - Czech real estate developer CTP said on Tuesday that it has acquired from London-based peer Globalworth six industrial parks located in the Romanian cities of Bucharest, Arad, Pitesti, Oradea, and Timisoara.

CTP bought an industrial portfolio of 270,000 sq m of gross leasable area (GLA), increasing its total portfolio in Romania to 2.91 million sq m of GLA. it said in a press release.

Furthermore, the transaction included 30 hectares of land, allowing the company to commit further to organic development in Western Romania.

The acquisition adds forty new names to CTP's tenant roster, CTP Group CEO Remon Vos said.
