October 24 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Zagrebacka Banka said on Wednesday it plans to publish a voluntary takeover bid for the equity in listed hotel operator Istraturist Umag it does not already own.

The lender said in a bourse filing it currently owns 71.8% of Istraturist Umag.
