ZAGREB (Croatia), November 14 (SeeNews) – Croatia's Zagrebacka Banka [ZSE:ZABA-R-A] said its consolidated net profit fell 3.8% to 1.2 billion kuna ($203 million/159 million euro) in the first nine months of 2012.

The blue-chip lender issued the following details in an unaudited consolidated statement to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (in millions of kuna):

Consolidated assets amounted to 120.5 billion kuna at the end of September, up 0.7% from the end of 2011.
