December 28 (SeeNews) - Croatian sugar maker Viro said its shareholders rejected a proposal to delist its shares from the Zagreb Stock Exchange.

Croatia's Viro not to delist from Zagreb bourse

At a shareholders meeting held on Thursday the shareholders approved a proposal to pay a dividend of 20 kuna ($3.5/2.6 euro) per share, Viro said in a bourse filing.

The dividend will be paid out from 2011 retained profit.

(1 euro = 7.5494 Croatian kuna)
