Croatia's Valamar Riviera to pay out 0.2 euro/share dividend

The company will distribute the dividend out of undistributed profit from 2018 in the amount of 128.1 million kuna and undistributed profit of 18.2 million kuna from 2019, it said in a bourse filing.

Valamar Riviera's shareholders will vote on the proposed dividend distribution at a meeting scheduled on September 21.

The company last distributed a dividend in 2020, in the amount of 1.20 kuna per share.

Valamar's shares traded 3.41% higher at 33.40 kuna on the Zagreb Stock Exchange by 12:29 CET on Monday.
