Croatia’s Valamar proposes higher dividend for 2023

February 29 (SeeNews) - Croatia's hotel owner and manager Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP] said it will propose a dividend of 0.22 euro ($0.24) per share for 2023.

The dividend will be paid out of the company’s retained profits for 2016, 2019, and 2021, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange on Wednesday.

The company’s net profit of 24.9 million euro for 2023 will be retained.

Record date is April 30, ex-date is April 29 and payment date is May 24. The shareholders will vote on the proposal on April 24.

Last year, Valamar Riviera paid out a dividend of 0.20 euro per share.

The company’s shares closed 0.42% lower at 4.72 euro on Wednesday on the Zagreb bourse. Trading on Thursday has not started.
