June 11 (SeeNews) - Croatian real estate investment company Terra Firma [ZSE:TRFM] said its shareholders decided on Tuesday to skip dividend payment for last year.

The company’s net profit of 451,000 euro for 2023 will be retained, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.

Last year, its shareholders decided to retain its net profit of 4.1 million kuna ($585,000/544,000 euro) for 2022.

The company’s shares last traded on the Zagreb bourse on April 22, ending flat at 80 euro.
