Croatia’s Stanovi Jadran proposing 0.10 euro dividend

May 2 (SeeNews) - Croatian real estate company Stanovi Jadran [ZSE:STJD] said on Thursday that its management has proposed to distribute a dividend of 0.10 euro ($0.11) per share out of its net profit of 84,927 euro for 2023.

The rest of the profit, 11,276 euro, will be allocated to the company’s mandatory reserves, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.

Record date is July 2, ex-date is July 1, and payment date is July 19.

The shareholders will vote on the proposal on June 21.

Last year, the company paid a dividend of 0.36 euro per share out of its net profit for 2022.

The company’s shares did not trade in the last 52 weeks, bourse data showed.
