February 7 (SeeNews) - Croatian renewable energy company Solektra plans to develop a 2.0 MW solar power plant in the Donji Kraljevec municipality, in northern Croatia, the economy ministry said.

Last month, the investor submitted an application to the ministry requesting an assessment of the environmental impact of the project, the ministry said in a statement last week.

The solar power plant, Solektra XX, will cover 21,163 square metres. The expected annual electricity production of the plant is 2,818 MWh.
