Slatinska Banka's entire net profit of 900,078 euro ($971,400) reported for 2023 will be retained, the lender said in filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).

The shareholders will vote on the proposal on June 21.

Last year, the shareholders decided to retain Slatinska's net profit of some 808,800 euro reported for 2002, rejecting a proposal by minority shareholder Helio Kamber for the distribution of gross dividend of 0.40 euro per share from the bank's profit for 2022.

Slatinska Banka's shares last traded on May 3 on the ZSE, closing 0.83% lower at 12 euro.
