Croatia's public debt flattish m/m in July

ZAGREB (Croatia), October 31 (SeeNews) - Croatia's public debt edged down 0.3% month-on-month to 297 billion kuna ($44.4 billion/39.8 billion euro) in July, the central bank said on Thursday.

The domestic component of general government debt decreased by 0.7% on the month to 186.7 billion kuna in July, the Croatian National Bank said in a monthly report.

The external component totalled 110.4 billion kuna, up 0.3% on the month.

At the end of 2018, Croatia's public debt-to-GDP ratio stood at 74.1%.
