Croatia's Professio Energia to propose 1.5 euro dividend/share

About 3.9 million euro out of the 4.6 million euro net profit reported for last year will be paid out as dividend, the company said on Wednesday in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.

Some 229,600 euro of the profit will be allocated to the company’s obligatory reserves and the remainder will be retained.

The shareholders will vote on the proposal on June 19. Ex-dividend date is June 21, record date is June 24 and payment date is September 9.

Last year, the company distributed a gross dividend of 2.5 euro per share.

The shares of Professio Energia were listed on the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) in October 2019 but have not traded yet.

Local pension insurance fund Erste Plavi OMF category B controls 50.67% of the company, followed by pension fund PBZ Croatia Osiguranje OMF category A and B with some 28% and insurer Croatia Osiguranje with some 18% stake, ZSE data showed.
