Following the proposal, the company’s shares have been put under monitoring, the stock exchange said on Monday.

Last year, Primo decided to pay a dividend of 0.60 euro per share out of its net profit of 1.08 million euro for 2022.

In a separate statement published earlier this month, Primo said that its net profit for 2023 totalled 1.9 million euro, with 1.8 million euro available for dividend distribution, while 96,336 euro will be allocated to the company’s mandatory reserves.

Primo shares have not been traded in the last 52 weeks, according to bourse data.
