October 31 (SeeNews) - Croatian fertiliser producer Petrokemija [ZSE:PTKM-R-A] said on Thursday it swung to a consolidated net profit of 121.1 million kuna ($18.1 million/16.2 million euro) in the first nine months of 2019, from a 343.3 million kuna loss in the like period of last year.
The company's operating revenue increased 30.2% year-on-year to 1.6 billion kuna in January-September, while operating costs rose slightly to 1.51 billion kuna from 1.48 billion kuna, Petrokemija said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
The Petrokemija group employed 1,464 people at the end of the review period.
Petrokemija's shares traded at 59.50 kuna by 1151 CET on Thursday on the ZSE, down 4.03%
