October 18 (SeeNews) - Croatian company Pectinatus has increased its stake in local valves and fittings manufacturer MIV to 11.57% from 6.57%, MIV said on Thursday.

Croatia’s Pectinatus raises stake in MIV to 11.57%

Zagreb-based Pectinatus has increased its holdings by acquiring 750 ordinary MIV shares, ticker MIV-R-A, MIV said in a bourse filing.

After the acquisition, Pectinatus owns 1,737 MIV shares.
