Electricity production in September was lower than August’s 1,310 GWh, the country's statistical office said in a monthly report on Wednesday.
Electricity imports fell to 808 GWh in September from 1,004 GWh in the same month of 2022, whereas exports declined to 476 GWh from 515 GWh.
On a monthly comparison basis, electricity imports fell 2.7% in September, while exports dipped 1.4%.
Electricity made available to the domestic market amounted to 1,445 GWh in September, down 12.8% month-on-month and 1.7% higher year-on-year.
