April 9 (SeeNews) - Croatian tourism company Mon Perin [ZSE: MONP] said on Tuesday its will propose to its shareholders a dividend of 0.21 euro ($0.23) per share.
The dividend will be paid from the company’s retained profit for 2021 and 2022, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.
In a separate statement, Mon Perin said that in 2023 its consolidated net profit rose 63% on the year to 5.2 million euro.
Last year it paid a dividend of 0.18 euro per share from its retained profit for 2019 and 2021.
Bale-based Mon Perin, founded in 2005, is active in tourism, real estate and agriculture. The company listed its shares on the Zagreb Stock Exchange in March 2022.
Mon Perin can accommodate 3,000 tourists daily in its campsite and villas. The company invested 56 million kuna in preparations for the 2022 tourism season, mainly to improve the accommodation capacities of its campsite.
The company's shares traded flat at 8.20 euro on Tuesday morning on the Zagreb bourse.
