Croatia's main equity indices end lower

November 7 (SeeNews) - The main equity indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) ended lower on Monday as losses in Atlantic Grupa, Valamar and Hrvatski Telekom offset gains in Podravka and Adris, bourse data showed.

The 19-share CROBEX lost 0.36% to finish at 1,900.30 points. The narrower index CROBEX10, which tracks the top ten companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, declined 0.30% to close at 1,122.79 points.

In regular trading, the most traded company was consumer goods distributor Atlantic Grupa [ZSE:ATGR] with a turnover of some 872,000 kuna ($116,000/116,000 euro) as its shares dropped 1.22% to end at 324 kuna.

Shares of food and pharmaceuticals company Podravka [ZSE:PODR] gained 0.98% to end at 620 kuna in a turnover of 768,300 kuna.

Preferred shares of holding company Adris [ZSE:ADRS2] rose 1.10% to end at 369 kuna in a turnover of 540,000 kuna.

In lower turnovers, index heavyweight Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT] fell 1.69%, hotel owner and manager Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP] lost 0.69% and shipping company Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ATPL] plunged 2.29%.

The bourse's regular trading turnover fell to 4.9 million kuna from 5.8 million kuna on Friday.
