Croatia’s M SAN makes binding bid to take over Data Link

April 5 (SeeNews) - Croatian IT equipment and consumer electronics distributor and producer M San Grupa [ZSE:3MSA] said on Wednesday it submitted a binding bid to acquire local producer of computer equipment and IT engineering company Data Link.

M SAN is targeting 100% shareholding interest in Bjelovar-based Data Link, it announced in a filing to the Zagreb bourse, without providing further details.

According to court registry figures, Data Link was set up in 1995 and is owned by Igor Horvatincic, Darko Crha and Franjo Lukovic.

In 2021, M San Grupa issued a debut corporate bond [ZSE:3MSA] in the amount of 200 million kuna ($29 million/27 million euro), which is listed on the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
