November 13 (SeeNews) - Croatian logistics company Liburnia Maritime Agency said it opened recently its office in Poland.
"As part of our ongoing commitment to global expansion, we are proud to introduce Barttomiej Pastwa, who will be at the helm of our operations in this region," it said in a Linkedin post earlier this month.
Pastwa is a logistics and senior shipping expert, with over 25 years of experience in the industry. In the last five years, he served as a member of the board and chief operating office at the Croatia Adriatic port in Rijeka overseeing commercial and operational matters.
Liburnia Maritime Agency was set up in 2004 with headquarters in Opatija, and operating office in Rijeka, near the port.
According to the company’s website, Liburnia also has offices in the Netherlands and the Czech Republic and claims to be the biggest client of Rijeka port in the segment of general and project cargo and heavylift.
