Croatia’s Ledo plans up to 35.6 mln kuna (4.7 mln euro) cap hike

November 5 (SeeNews) - Croatian ice cream maker Ledo [ZSE:LEDO-R-A] plans to increase its core capital by up to 35.6 million kuna ($6.1 million/4.7 million euro) to 119.3 million kuna, it said on Monday.

The proposal will be put to the vote at a general shareholders’ meeting scheduled for December 14, the company said in a statement posted on the website of the Zagreb bourse.

The capital will be increased by issuing up to 93,750 new ordinary shares of 380 kuna in par value each.
