The dividend in the overall amount of 6.5 million kuna will be distributed out of the company's retained profit for 2019, Kutjevo said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.

Record date is December 12, ex-dividend date is December 9 and payment date is December 15. The shareholders will vote on the proposal on December 6.

In July, Kutjevo distributed a dividend of 1.4 kuna per share out of the company's retained profit for 2018 and 2019, after it skipped dividend payment last year.

Kutjevo's shares traded at 47.60 kuna intraday on Tuesday on the Zagreb bourse, up 4.85%.
