May 10 (SeeNews) - Croatian confectionery producer Kras [ZSE:KRAS] said on Friday that it will appoint management board member Marijana Knezevic Tudic as CEO effective June 20.

Kras will appoint Marijana Knezevic Tudic as CEO as of June 20, 2024.

The current CEO, Allen Halamic, has submitted his resignation and will leave on June 19, Kras said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse without elaborating.

Kras' shares last traded on Thursday, ending 1.69% higher at 120 euro ($129) on the Zagreb bourse.

($ = 0.928 euro)
