Croatia's Koncar sees 2013 cons net profit down, investments at 108 mln kuna (14 mln euro)

December 18 (SeeNews) - Croatian electrical equipment producer Koncar Elektroindustrija [ZSE:KOEI-R-A] said on Tuesday it expects to post a consolidated net profit of 152.2 million kuna ($26.6 million/20.2 million euro) next year, down from the 160.1 million kuna forecast for 2012.

Consolidated total revenues are seen rising 5.0% to 2.9 billion kuna in 2013 when the company plans to cut investments to 108.3 million kuna from the 227.6 million kuna invested this year, Koncar said in a bourse filing.

The value of contracted works at the end of 2012 is estimated at 2.1 billion kuna, down 3.0% from the beginning of the year.

Sales of products and services on the domestic market are expected to increase 20% next year and to account for 52% of overall sales revenues.
