Croatia's Koncar - Digital to buy majority stake in Adnet

The transaction will be conducted through the acquisition of a majority stake in Adnet's owner, Kreanca Sustavi, Koncar - Digital said in a bourse filing.

With this acquisition, Koncar - Digital broadens its product and service portfolio in network and computer equipment delivery, design, implementation, and engineering, along with associated application solutions for managing critical and urban infrastructure projects, it said.

Koncar's shares ended Friday's trading session on the Zagreb bourse 2.99% lower at 260 euro ($283.1).
