Croatia’s Koncar becomes sole owner of Napredna Energetska Rjesenja

"With the acquisition of the remaining ownership interest, Koncar - Investments has become the sole owner of the company," Koncar said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse. It did not disclose further details about the deal.

Napredna Energetska Rjesenja holds a 75.16% stake in Dalekovod.

According to date from the court registry, Napredna Energetska Rjesenja was set up in 2021 by Koncar – Investments (Koncar -Ulaganja) and Maltese company Construction Line.

Shares of Koncar traded 2.40% higher at 256 euro ($278) by 1424 local time on the Zagreb bourse.

Dalekovod shares were trading 1.46% higher at 2.78 euro by the same time.
