Croatia’s Koncar 9-mo Unaudited Cons Net Profit Rises 9.5%

October 29 (SeeNews) - Croatian blue-chip electrical equipment producer Koncar Elektroindustrija said on Thursday its unaudited consolidated net profit rose to 89.6 million kuna ($18.4 million/12.4 million euro) through September from 81.8 million kuna a year earlier.

The company issued the following details in a statement to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE):

Koncar is one of the 24 components of the Crobex index of the Zagreb bourse. Its shares were traded at 455 kuna by 1133 GMT on Thursday, 0.60% up from their previous close.

Koncar (www.koncar.hr) manufactures goods ranging from equipment for power plants and trams to portable computers and cookers.
