Croatia's Karlovacka Banka hikes capital by 31.3 mln kuna (4.1 mln euro)

December 31 (SeeNews) - Croatian lender Karlovacka Banka said it has increased its capital to 116.9 million kuna ($21.1 million/15.3 million euro) from 85.6 million kuna.

The capital hike was carried out through the issue of 626,000 regular shares with a nominal value of 50 kuna each, Karlovacka Banka said on Monday in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
