The company will pay the rest of the dividend using retained profits from earlier years, Jadroagent said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange.

The company’s net profit for last year stood at 1.58 million euro. Jadroagent plans to allocate 47,373 euro of it to retained profit of shipping and travel agency Atlantagent, its joint venture with shipping company Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ATPL] .

Jadroagent will allocate 8,377 euro out of the 2023 net profit to reserves for the rent of business premises in Bosnia.

The remaining 1.4 million euro will be retained.

Record date is April 19, ex-dividend day is April 18 and payment date is April 26. The shareholders will vote on the proposal on April 8.

Jadroagent distributed in April 2023 a gross dividend of 8 euro per share from its net profit for 2022 and previous years, after an interim payout in January of 5 euro per share out of its operating profit for 2022.
