The dividend will be paid out from the bank's profit for 2023, Istarska said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse, without disclosing the amount of the profit.

The proposal was approved by the company's supervisory board and will be put to the vote at a shareholders' meeting scheduled on March 28.

The bank's shares traded 2.35% lower at 416 euro intraday on Wednesday on the Zagreb bourse.
