The head of the branch office is Ivona Novacki, the company said in a filling to the Zagreb bourse, without elaborating.

Institut IGH announced earlier this month that it has set up an Armenian branch office, and Tuesday it announced that it has signed a $6.077 million (5.6 million euro) deal with the Armenian Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure to provide supervisory services for a road construction project.

Institut IGH's shares last traded on November 14 on the Zagreb bourse, closing 4.97% higher at 9.50 euro.
