Croatia's Ingra to cover 2023 loss with retained profit

April 8 (SeeNews) - Croatian civil engineering company Ingra [ZSE:INGR] said it would propose to its shareholders to cover the net loss of 991,549 euro ($1.1 million) reported for 2023 with retained profit from previous years.

The shareholders will vote on the proposal on May 16, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb bourse on Friday.

Last year, the shareholders decided to retain the company’s net profit of 2.5 million euro for reported for 2022.

Ingra's shares last traded on April 3, then they closed 4.17% lower at 2.30 euro on the Zagreb bourse.
