In March sales of non-durable consumer goods increased by 7.0% and sales of capital goods rose 1.2% on an annual comparison basis, the statistical office said in a monthly report. Energy sales decreased 33.4%, sales of durable consumer goods dropped 30.5% and sales of intermediate goods declined 1.9%.
On a monthly comparison basis, Croatia's total seasonally and working-day adjusted industrial sales dipped 0.2% in March, after they fell 0.4% in February.
Industrial sales in the Adriatic country increased 4.0% on the year in 2023, the same statistical has said earlier.
