Croatia's INA to propose higher dividend

March 28 (SeeNews) - Croatian oil and gas company INA [ZSE:INA] said on Thursday it will propose to its shareholders to pay a dividend of 24 euro ($25.9) per share out of its net profit for 2023 and retained profit for 2022.

A total of 240 million euro will be paid out in dividend, INA said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse. Of these, 212.8 million euro will come out of last year's net profit.

The company’s net profit for 2023 stood at 224 million euro, as 11.2 million euro is to go to reserves.

Last year, INA paid out a dividend of 20 euro per share out of its net profit for 2022.

INA's shares last traded on Tuesday when they closed 0.42% higher at 476 euro on the Zagreb bourse.
