Croatia's IN2 up for sale, Hrvatski Telekom in bid frame

ZAGREB (Croatia), December 5 (SeeNews) – Croatian customised software solutions provider IN2 said on Wednesday it is undergoing due diligence as its owner, local businessman Ante Mandic, is looking to exit the business.

Hrvatski Telekom, alongside a German company and an Austrian one, is among the interested buyers, IN2 said in an email to SeeNews.

Abroad, Zagreb-based IN2 has offices in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Serbia and Macedonia.

Mandic told SeeNews in an interview in July that all units abroad were operating profitably and that IN2's revenues were expected to post a marginal increase to 20 million euro ($26 million) in 2012.
