Croatia's Ilirija to propose higher dividend for 2023

February 26 (SeeNews) - Croatian hotel operator Ilirija [ZSE:ILRA] said on Monday it will propose to its shareholders to distribute a dividend of 0.70 euro ($0.76) per share out of its net profit for 2023.

Ex-dividend day is May 2, record date is May 3 and payment date is May 24, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse. The shareholders will vote on the proposal on April 26.

A total of 1.7 million euro of the company's profit for the last year will paid in dividend and the remaining 1.6 million euro will be retailed.

In a separate filing, the company said its net profit last year rose 5.19% on the year to 3.3 million euro.

Last year, the company paid out a dividend of 0.55 euro per share out of its net profit for 2022.

The company's shares last traded on February 23 on the Zagreb bourse, ending 7.20% higher at 26.80 euro.
